I’m a marketer by day and CEO of an agency called Octiv Digital. I am an SEO professional with a 12+ years of experience managing local and enterprise campaigns. I’ve also spent quite a bit of time crafting large-scale marketing campaigns for online retailers who use pay-per-click ads, product listing ads and other strategies. And I round out my skillset by being a WordPress developer.

I was born and raised in the Salt Lake City, Utah area where I am a proud graduate of the University of Utah. After spending some time on the road playing drums in a couple of bands following college and a stint in Denver, I found myself in Sacramento managing digital marketing for an online retailer of lighting and home goods called Lumens.com. I helped grow the company’s organic and paid marketing strategies while breaking traffic and sales records along the way. Once I left Lumens, I decided it was time to go out on my own and started my own agency. Today, my team and I help small to midsize businesses navigate the intricacies of SEO, paid advertising through Google Ads and various web development requirements.

When I’m not spending my time as an SEO consultant and digital marketer, I’m a drummer, outdoors enthusiast (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking) and dad to three of the best rescue pups (I may be a little bias).
